摘  要:以正常人和脐带血人单核细胞作为登革Ⅱ型病毒(D2V)感染的靶细胞,研究了肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)对D2V复制的影响以及人单核细胞感染D2V后TNFα产生能力的变化,动态观察了66例登革感染病人不同发病天数血清中TNFα水平.结果表明TNFα能增加D2V的复制(P<0.05),高剂量D2V(100pfu/cel)感染能引起人单核细胞产生TNFα,病人血清中TNFα水平明显升高(P<0.05).结果提示TNFα促进登革病毒感染.Human monocytes from normal peripheral blood and cord blood were used as dengue-2 virus(D2V) infected target cells.The effect of TNFα on D2V replication and production of TNFα by D2V infected monocytes were studied,level of TNFα in sera of dengue patients was also studied.The results showed that TNFα could enhance D2V replication in human monocytes,Level of TNFα produced by human monocytes infected with high concentration of D2V and level of TNFα in sera of dengue patients was increased.The results suggested that TNFα enhances dengue virus infection.
