摘 要:以B1A系列砂轮刀片为例,对金刚石砂轮刀片进行力学分析与强度计算,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立砂轮刀片回转模型,得到刀片的应力云图和变形图。通过仿真分析,砂轮刀片孔壁处所受切向应力影响远大于径向应力,砂轮刀片的最大应力发生在孔的内壁处,而在砂轮外圆处切向应力较小。通过输入不同转速对比,外圆切向应力随转速提高而增加,破坏趋势也明显。The kinetic analysis and intensity calculation is presented, based on series B1A diamond blade. With the aid of finite element analysis software ANSIS, the rotary model of diamond blade is established, then the stress and distortion nephogram are obtained. The simulation results show that the effect of the radial stress can be neglected compared with the tangential stress on the diamond blade's surface, the maximum tangential stress happens on the inner surface, while the tangential stress is much more smaller on the outer surface. By the compare of different rotary speed, the tangential stress on the outer surface increased with the increase of rotary speed, what' s more, the trend of fracture is more obvious.
