摘 要:采用低相对分子质量的乙氧基硅烷,通过水解制备出m(R)∶m(Si)=1.6±0.1,m(Ph)∶m(Me)=1.4±0.1的有机硅中间体,与E-20环氧树脂反应制备了环氧改性有机硅树脂。通过原子力显微镜照片分析:所制备的树脂膜平均粗糙度只有2 nm;气相色谱分析结果表明:反应过程中收集到的低沸物中含有2.3%的乙醇;凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对树脂相对分子质量测量说明聚合物试样的多分散性是很小的,表明树脂改性接枝成功。用气相色谱分析反应过程中收集到的低沸物,并通过计算来表征环氧改性有机硅树脂改性接枝率,本研究树脂的接枝率达到87%。The title epoxy modified silicone was prepared by use of silicone intermediates with R/Si = 1.6 ±0. 1 and Ph/Me = 1.4 ±0. 1, which were obtained by hydrolysis of low Mn ethoxy silane and E- 20 epoxy resins. AFM analysis showed an average film roughness of only 2 nm. From the analysis of GC, there was about 2.3% ethanol in the low boiling material collected during the reaction. The results of molecular weight measurement from GPC has demonstrated the lower polydistribution of Mv/Mn. The grafting of epoxy resin in silicore plolymer was satisfied with 87% of grafting ratio by use of GC analysis of the low boiling collected during reaction and caculated.
