摘  要:采用硬脂酸和PEG对纳米二氧化钛进行表面修饰,将改性的纳米TiO2以一定的比例加入到成膜物质中制成一系列涂料样品,然后测定其流变性、甲醛含量、抗菌性能、TVOC含量等,并采用X-衍射和透射电子显微镜观察其微观结构。结果表明:表面修饰后的纳米TiO2的晶型和晶粒有所改变,制得的复合涂料触变指数TI为2.13和1.67,甲醛降解率达到98%,抗菌圈半径也由原来的0.75 cm提高到了2.4 cm。The surface of nano - TiO2 was modified with polyethylene glycol and stearic acide. According to the specified composition, the nano- TiO2 additive and defoamer, etc. were added into the binder, then agitated sufficiently under ultraviolet light to form the coatings products. The rheology, formaldehyde content,antimicrobial activity,TVOC content of the coatings were tested. Meanwhile,the microstructure characteristics were observed by X - diffractometer and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results showed that the crystal form and crystal grain of the modified nano -TiO2 were changed after surface modification, thixotropy index(TI) of coatings were 2. 13 and 1.67, formaldehyde degradation rate 98%. Radius of antibacterium circle increased from 0. 75 cm to 2. 4 cm.
