摘 要:复杂地质条件下,钻井工程会遇到大量非均质性、不确定性、非结构性、非数值化的难题,迫切需要智能钻井理论与技术来解决以上难题。将理论与实践结合,论述了第一代和第二代智能钻井技术的发展历程和技术价值,后者能够更广泛更全面地集成当代高科技和当代钻井、测井、录井等成果,将成为今后的主流钻井技术,其主要工作与关键技术是设计研制电子钻柱。分析了未来智能钻井技术的其他研究方向,深入研究了智能钻井的基本理论、基本技术及其概念与内涵。重点介绍了正在研发中的基于对接式电接头电子钻柱的智能钻井技术,论述了其主要的研究内容和技术难点。基于对接式电接头电子钻柱的智能钻井技术具有众多优点,可彻底解决第一代智能钻井技术的瓶颈问题。While drilling through complex geological formations,a large number of issues will have to be encountered like anisotropy,uncertainty,non-structural and non-numerical practicality and the so-called smart drilling technology is urgent needed to solve those problems.Combining theory with practice,this paper discusses the history,process and technical value of the first and the second generation of the smart drilling technology,and concludes that the second generation will be the main trend of the near future drilling technology with better features of integrating the state-of-the-art techniques and the advanced R&D results from drilling and logging,and the essential part of this technology is to research and design on the electric drill string.On the other hand,this paper investigates into basic theory and technical features of the smart drilling technology and analyzes how the smart drilling technology develops in the future.Focusing on a kind of smart drilling technology with an electric drillstring based on a reliable electrical connector integral with a premium drill pipe thread,which is still under research and development,it introduces the main interests and technical difficulties and points out this special smart drilling technology will be expected to solve many bottlenecking issues unsettled by the first generation smart drilling technology.
