摘 要:油气井固井注水泥过程中,水泥浆始终存在水化反应,水泥浆的流变特性也将发生相应的变化。这一时变性能必然影响到浆体流态和其他流动参数。在油气井固井水泥浆的时变性研究的基础上,进一步研究了井底循环温度对水泥浆时变性的影响。并运用非线性最小二乘法,对水泥浆流变参数随时间变化曲线进行了拟合,得出流变参数的计算公式。通过实例,进行了水泥浆流变参数的时变性对注水泥水力参数的影响分析。结果表明,井底循环温度越高,水泥浆的时变性越强;恒定流速施工,时变性对循环摩阻压降影响较大;要保持某一流态顶替,需保证相应的临界流速或排量。When spotting cement slurry downhole during cementing operations,hydration reaction always occurs in the slurry,the rheologic properties of the slurry will also change correspondingly.This kind of time variation will positively have effects on flow pattern and other flow parameters of the slurry.Based on study of the time variation of the slurry,the effects of buttonhole circulating temperature on time variation of the slurry was further investigated.And nonlinear least square method was used to fit the rheologic parameters vs.time curve,the calculation equations for rheologic parameters were then developed.Analysis was made when regarding effects of time variants of slurry on cementing hydraulic parameters by taking field cases as examples.It was shown that the time variation would be more serious at higher bottomhole circulating temperature,and the time variation would have more effects on circulation friction pressure drop when cementing at constant injection rates,and the injection should be kept at the critical rate in order to maintain the cement displacement in a certain flow regime.
