摘  要:随着地铁的建成通车,深圳市消费空间格局逐渐走向多元化。西部商业中心开始崛起,罗湖区南部传统商业中心的地位有所下降。罗湖区内部的消费空间也在经历一个演替过程,宝安南商业区的崛起伴随着人民南商业区的日益衰落。大城市地铁开发下商业区经济地理区位的迁移,商业业态竞争力的差异,以及地下商业空间开发水平的高低,成为影响地铁沿线消费空间演替的直接因素。Three business centers at Renminnan, Dongmen and Bao'annan are taken as a case to analyze the influence of metro on consumer space. After the Line One opened to traffic, the structure of consumer space became more and more pluralistic. With the development of western business centers, status of traditional business center in southern Luohu District was falling. In Luohu District, the Bao'annan business center grew up but the Renminnan business center declined. The metro increases development level of business districts, but not always positive. It is affected by the locations of business areas, types of operation and development level of underground commercial space connected with the metro. The diversity of metro influence to different business areas becomes a great power to reconstruct the commercial space now. At first, the metro changes the reachability of the city, and it reconstructs the behavior space of consumer and strengthens vicissitudes of economic geographical location. Secondly, the influence of business areas along the metro is different because of the diversity of locations and commercial bases. The gap of competitive strength of operation types is enlarging. The vantage of all-around traditional business areas and modem business areas with shopping center along the metro is strengthening. The development level of underground commercial space and integrated degree of walking traffic between underground and overground are becoming an important factor to influence consumer space in Shenzhen. The transfer of economic geography locations, diversity of commercial operation types and different levels of underground commercial space are direct factors to influence the consumer space, and they all change the evolution of consumer space along the metro in Shenzhen.
