摘　　要：目的探讨社会心理因素对消化性溃疡患者的影响。方法选择住院的消化性溃疡患者98例为消化性溃疡组和正常健康人100例为健康组,采用生活事件量表、艾森克人格问卷、症状自评量表及社会支持评定量表进行调查分析,并进行比较。结果生活事件量表结果显示,过去1年内消化性溃疡患者遇到的心理社会刺激强度增加,与健康组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);艾森克人格量表结果显示,N量表分值消化性溃疡组明显高于健康组(P<0.01);SCL-90结果显示,消化性溃疡患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖各因子较健康组得分高(均P<0.01);社会支持评定结果显示,消化性溃疡组较健康组在主观支持和社会支持利用度两个方面得分低(均P<0.01)。结论社会心理因素与消化性溃疡的发病存在着密切的关系。对消化性溃疡的护理和预防不仅需要注意生理方面,还应注重心理方面,提高患者心理健康水平,才能有效提高消化性溃疡的治愈率及预防溃疡的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of psychozocial factors on peptic ulcer patients. Method Ninety-eight peptic ulcer patients in hospital were collected as experiment group and one hundred healthy people were treated as control group. The two groups were surveyed by life event scale （LES）, Eysenck personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, symptom checklist 90 （SCL- 90） and social support rating scale. Results Compared with healthy group, the results of life event scale displayed that peptic ulcer patients had faced significantly higher social stimulus intensity in the last year （P 〈 0.01） ; Eysenck personahty Question naire revealed the score of N measuring scale in peptic ulcer patients was obviously higher than healthy group, the difference was significance （P 〈 0.01）; the results of SCL-90 displayed somatization, compel, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear. These factors in peptic ulcer patients were significantly different from healthy group （P 〈 0.01） ; social support rating scale exhibited the level of subjective support and social support availability had significant difference in peptic ulcer group and healthy group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Psychosocial factors are closely related to the morbility of peptic ulcer. Nursing intervention and prevention should pay much attention to patients psychology to effectively improve the cure rate of peptic ulcer and prevent its occurrence.
