摘　　要：目的总结脑肿瘤患者围手术期的护理方法。方法对100例脑肿瘤患者进行全面细致的围手术期的护理,内容包括心理护理和各种并发症的观察及护理措施。结果100例脑肿瘤手术的患者,平均住院(22.52±7.60)d。并发症为11例,经治疗和护理均顺利渡过围手术期,痊愈出院。结论做好心理护理,并发症的观察对控制或减少并发症的发生,提高围手术期的护理质量具有积极的意义。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing for patients with brain tumor. Method Comprehensive perioperative nursing was provided to 100 patients with brain tumor, including psychological nursing and observation and nursing for various complications. Result The 100 patients, who were hospitalized for 22.52 ±7.60 days, went through perioperative period smoothly, were cured and discharged after treatment and nursing, with complications occurring in 11 of them. Conclusion Psychological nursing and careful observation are of positive meaning for the control and reduction of complications.
