老年病人锁骨下静脉穿刺并发症原因分析及护理

摘　　要：目的分析老年病人锁骨下静脉穿刺并发症的原因,并提出护理措施。方法对9例老年病人锁骨下静脉穿刺发生并发症的原因进行分析,采取相应的护理措施。结果并发症发生率为3.75%,9例锁骨下静脉穿刺病人并发症的主要原因为气胸、穿刺点感染、穿刺点出血、导管阻塞、休克,由于及时发现和处理,症状均能缓解。置管时间7～45d,中位天数23d。结论对老年病人进行锁骨下静脉穿刺时应充分评估,认真做好健康指导;穿刺后密切观察病情,精心护理,可预防和减少并发症发生率,为抢救病人及监测治疗提供通道保障,减轻病人痛苦。Objective To analyze the causes for complications of subclavian vein puncture in elderly patients and to propose nursing measures to manage these complications. Method The causes for complications of subclavian vein puncture in nine elderly patients were studied and corresponding nursing measures were taken. Results The main complications of subclavian vein puncture included pneumothorax, puncture point infection, bleeding, duct obstruction and shock. Symptoms were alleviated due to timely detection and treatment. The time of duct placement was among 7 - 45 days, with average of 23 days. Conclusions Subclavian vein puncture in elderly patients should be fully assessed; the patients should be given detailed health guidance. Close observation and careful care for patients＂ condition after puncture are important to prevent and reduce complication rate. The vein duet can be used for patients saving, monitoring and treatment to reduce patients＂ suffering.
