摘 要:为提高染污绝缘子污秽程度预测的准确性,引入了数学形态学对绝缘子泄漏电流信号进行降噪处理。通过选用不同形状的形态学结构元素进行仿真实验,确定了半圆形和线形结构元素更适宜于对绝缘子泄漏电流信号进行噪声抑制。构建了广义多结构元素串行复合形态滤波器。用该滤波器对模拟泄漏电流信号和人工污秽实验室中的泄漏电流信号进行滤波处理。结果表明:该滤波器可滤除多种噪声干扰,在实际工程中易实现。应用该理论设计的基于MSP430单片机的绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测系统,可进一步提高对绝缘子污秽程度的预测效果。For improving the veracity of insulators pollution degree forecast, a mathematical morphology algorithm is introduced to the insulator leakage current de-noising. By selecting morphology structuring elements with different shape in simulation experiment, it is found that semicircle and linear structuring elements is suitable for de-noising the insulator leakage current signal, and a class of generalized multi-structuring-elements serial complex morphological filter with multiple structuring elements is constructed. This filter is used to de-noise the simulated leakage current signal and leakage current signal in artificial contaminated lab. Experiment result indicates that this filter can de-noise variety of noise, and can be easily applied in actual project. An insulators leakage current on-line monitoring system is presented based on Mathematical Morphology and MSP430, which could advance the veracity of insulators pollution degree forecast.
