摘 要:为了研究某装备的超宽带(UWB)电磁脉冲效应,结合装备的具体情况分析了传输线的场线耦合和串扰理论及相关文献后指出,在UWB作用下其控制线可能激励较高的差模干扰电压,且此干扰能"通过"光电耦合器件并注入设备后级敏感电路。利用屏蔽室、吸波墙和GW级超宽带辐射器等搭建的UWB辐照实验系统进行效应实验的结果表明上述分析正确。经分析和实验验证证明,该装备在UWB辐照下其正常的工作状态会受到显著影响。The paper analyses the field-line coupling and cross-talk effects theory of transmission line and the important conclusions of the relational papers briefly, for the study of the UWB (ultra wide band) electromagnetic pulse effects of a kind of equipment. It indicates that the control line of the equipment can be excited with high difference mode interference signal affected by UWB electromagnetic pulse and the interference signal can overpass the photoelectrieity coupling component and infuse sensitivity component rearward the equipment by the analysis of equipment. The paper builds the UWB electromagnetic pulse radiation test system with the shielding room, the electromagnetic pulse absorbing wall, and the UWB electromagnetic pulse generation system, the electromagnetic pulse effects test proves the validity of the analysis. The paper draws a conclusion that the operating state of the equipment can be affected observably under the UWB electromagnetic pulse radiation by analysis and the test.
