摘　　要：随着大规模高速工业化的卷烟生产过程对卷烟产品质量控制要求的日趋严格,传统手工取样离线检测的方式凸现弊端。通过应用在线的、实时的质量检测设备,建立一套实时的、高度自动化的综合检测系统,以使企业生产现场能够实现实时测量结果的反馈,来提高成型/卷烟机的效率和成品率,准确地对生产流程进行监控。The request of cigarette quality control more and more strict by large-scale high speed industrialization cigarette production process, traditional manual sample off-line inspection reveal malpractice. Through application online, real-time quality inspection equipment, establishes a set real-time, comprehensive supermatic inspection system, so that the enterprise to get realize the realtime measurement result feedback in the production locale, raises the formation/cigarette making machine＇s efficiency and the rate of finished products, carries on the monitoring accurately to the production process.
