摘 要:本文对高速线材厂冷却水循环系统中多台变频调速水泵并联运行时,调速水泵的特性进行了分析,建立了以能耗为最小的优化运行数学模型,并简化了约束条件,在求解数学模型的过程中,提出了一种新的处理约束条件的混合遗传算法,避免了处理约束条件时遇到的困难,使得处理约束问题简单化。最后通过仿真实验验证了此算法对于解决水循环系统中多台变频调速水泵并联优化运行问题的有效性。This article analyzed the characteristic of variable speed allel connection in circulating cooling water system of High speed water pump, when many pumps of regulating speed worked in parwire factory. The mathematics model of optimal operation was established with the optimization goal of the lowest energy consumption and it simplified constraint condition. A new hybrid genetic algorithm to handle constrained optimization was proposed. It avoided the difficulty of handling constraint condition, which make handling constraint problem simplify. Simulation results showed that it was an effective algorithm to solve optimal operation problem of many pumps of speed-frequency control in water circulating system.
