充注式假体隆乳术后并发症13例分析

摘　　要：报告86例国产充注式硅胶假体隆乳术后并发症13例,为纤维包膜挛缩伴囊内细菌生长、假体破裂、囊内液慢性泄漏、包膜腔积液、胸部X线"液气平而"、心理失衡等6项,并分析了产生原因及防治方法。By treatment on 13 cases postoperative complication of chinese-built saline- filled mammay prosthesis, we found that the complication included items, that is, fibrous capsular contraction with bacteria growh inside ca- pusule, rupture of the implant, chronic leak of the liquid inside capusule, hydrops inside capsule cavity, 'liquidair plane', shown on the X-rey of chest and psychological imbalance. All the complications related above is rare. The paper reported the clinical manifesttion of the complications and also analysed in detail the cause and preventive method.
