摘 要:利用Fenton试剂液相氧化法净化含H2S的气体,研究了初始pH值、温度、H2S浓度、H2O2浓度、气体流量、[H2O2]/[Fe2+]比值、金属离子等因素对H2S去除率的影响.结果表明,当pH<2.52时,pH值升高,去除率逐渐提高;当pH>2.52时,去除率下降;pH=2.52时,去除效率最高.去除率随H2O2浓度增加而提高;H2O2浓度一定时,去除率随[H2O2]/[Fe2+]比值的增加而升高;[H2O2]/[Fe2+]接近于1时达到最大.温度提高,去除率提高.实验条件下,去除率随气体流量的增加而下降.入口H2S浓度越低去除率越高.Fe3+对Fenton反应有促进作用,添加金属离子的Fenton试剂氧化H2S能力顺序为Fe2++Fe3+>Fe2+>Fe3+.It was proved to be feasible that the method by aqueous oxidation with Fenton agent was used to purify the H2S-containing gas stream. The primary factors such as initial solution pH, temperature, inlet concentration of HES, H2O2 concentration, gas flow, mole ratio of [H2O2]/[Fe^2+] and additive metal ions, which would influence the removal efficiency of H2S, were investigated. The removal efficiency would increase with the increase ofpH when pH〈2.52 while the contrary trend occurred when pH〉2.52, the highest removal efficiency was obtained while pH near to 2.52. The removal efficiency of H2S would increase with the increase of the H2O2 concentration and the mole ratio of [H2O2]/[Fe^2+]. The higher temperature would improve the removal efficiency. The removal efficiency increase with the decrease of gas flow and inlet concentration of H2S The added transition metal ion of Fe3+ would improve the removal of HES. The catalytic abilities of various metal ions to activate H2O2 followed the order: FE^2+ + Fe^3+〉Fe^2+〉Fe^3+.
