摘 要:本文以纵向通风湿帘降温鸡舍为对象,通过实测数据,结合数学模型计算,研究保证鸡舍降温效果时(≤28℃),鸡舍必需通风量的大小和鸡舍适宜长度。经过研究推导出纵向通风湿帘降温系统鸡舍最小通风量参数[m3/(kg·h)]为Ve=2.6(2T0-28-T1)/ρj(28-T1)+15.38/(28-T1),鸡舍一次换气时间(s)为A=845H(28-T1)/(2T0-28-T1+7.3ρj);结果表明:当一端山墙安装湿帘,另一端山墙安装风机时,鸡舍长度以45~60m为宜,不宜超过80m;当环境温度为32~35℃、湿度为50%~60%时,鸡舍最小通风量为4.1~9.2m3/(kg·h);当外界环境温度大于35℃、湿度大于60%时,要求鸡舍排风口温度低于28℃,采用湿帘降温效果不佳。We selected the henhouse with pad and fan cooling system as the study object. The factual data combined with the mathematics model were designed to study the necessary ventilation rate and feasible length of henhouse when the cooling effects was perfect .The results indicated (1) the formula of necessary ventilation rate was Ve=2.6(2T0-28-T1)/ρj(28-T1)+15.38/(28-T1). The formula of henhouse air age was A=845H(28-T1)/(2T0-28-T1+7.3ρj). (2)the feasible length of henhouse was 45-60 m, and no more than 80 m when installing wet pad in one side of henhouse and fan in the other side; (3)the feasible ventilation rate was 4.1-9.2 m^3/(kg·h) with the environmental temperature of 32-35℃ and the humidity of 50%-60% ; evaporation of wet pad would be decreased when environmental temperature was above 35℃ and the humidity above 60%. The results provided a reterence for designing of pad and fan cooling system.
