摘　　要：循环经济综合评价指标体系是以循环经济系统为评价对象,为了实现循环经济的目标,依据循环经济和生态经济学理论,运用科学的方法和手段来评价和监测循环经济系统的发展状态、发展水平和发展趋势,为指导循环经济提供决策依据。循环经济的综合评价是一个十分复杂的研究课题,建立一个实用的、完善的综合评价指标体系对于发展循环经济有着极其重要的意义。To develop circular economy is a valid approach that can keep on the development for human being. The synthetical evaluation of circular economy is a very complicated research task, to build up an applied and perfect synthetical evaluation index system has an important meaning for the development of circular economy. The purpose of the paper is to build up a set of appropriate evaluation index system and carry throng the scientific and reasonable synthetical evaluation.
