摘　　要：叙述了典型的铝板带双辊铸轧机的概况,提出一种铸嘴倾角可调的偏心异径双辊铸轧生产方法,可将铸轧机的铸轧区长度加大1.8～4.0倍,铸轧速度提高1.5～3.0倍,辊缝加大1.5～2.5倍,生产的板坯厚度〉12 mm,经过连续大压下量的热连轧,显著提高了板坯的产量、尺寸精度及机械性能。A brief description of the typical twin roll caster for aluminum plate is made in the paper. It is a twin roll casting method with eccentricity and in different diameter, whose inclination angle of the caster mouth is adjustable. Compared with the original one, the new twin roll caster can extend the length of the casting area by 1.8 - 4.0 times, increase casting speed byl. 5 - 3.0 times and enlarge roll - gap by 1.5 - 2.5 times. The thickness of the aluminum plate can be greater than 12 mm. And through continuous hot rolling with big reduction, a significant improvement on slab output, size and accuracy as well as its mechanical properties will appear.
