摘  要:新型大型模具研配液压机上模翻转系统采用动梁油缸和铰链组合机构实现重型模具的翻转,方便了工人的操作。采用图解法分析计算了翻转系统中油缸的伸长量和上模翻转板旋转角度之间的变化以及相应的运动、受力和角速度变化。分析结果表明,上模翻转过程中作用在油缸活塞上的力由拉力变成压力,在油缸活塞伸出速度一定的情况下,翻转板角速度在初始时刻变化缓慢,但到了90°后显著变大。The combination of the moving cylinder and linkage used in new type upper rotational mechanism of large die spot hydraulic press can fulfill the task of overturning heavy dies, which, at the same time, facilitates the operator. Some results have been calculated based on the diagram analysis, including the relation between the elongation of the cylinder and the rotational angle of the overturning pallet, and the variety of the corresponding kinematics, load and angular speed. The result indicates that the load of cylinder will be tensile at the pallet angle from 0° to 90°. Under the condition of certain elongation of piston cylinder, the angular speed will enhance dramatically after 90° while it increases slowly when less than 90°. The paper gives directions to the development of the control system of the large die spot hydraulic press.
