摘  要:研究了天青石精矿粉复分解法制备碳酸锶的工艺。以碳酸钠作为转化剂,以氢氧化铵-硫酸铵缓冲溶液调节反应体系的pH和抑制钡离子转化,硫酸锶转化率最高可达95.77%,碳酸锶产品纯度平均达到99.5%。复分解反应体系内,反应的实际转化剂为碳酸根。当溶液pH大于10.5时,溶液中碳酸根占主要部分,有利于硫酸锶的转化;当溶液pH低于8.5时,溶液中碳酸根的物质的量分数接近零,硫酸锶的转化反应趋于停止。实验结果表明:当温度在75℃、碳酸钠溶液浓度为1.2 mol/L、溶液pH保持在10.5以上时,有利于硫酸锶的转化。实验中添加的氢氧化铵-硫酸铵缓冲溶液对反应有促进作用。Technology of preparing strontium carbonate by double decomposition from celestite concentrate powder was investigated. Results indicated that the maximal SrSO4 conversion rate reached 95.77%, and the average purity of strontium carbonate could reach 99.5% when Na2CO3 was used as the converter and NH3 · H2O - ( NH4 ) 2SO4 as buffer solution to adjust pH of reaction system and as inhibitor to inhibit the conversion of Ba^2 + in the system. CO3^ 2- was the actual conversion agent in this reaction system. CO3^-- took up the dominate position when pH was higher than 10.5 ,which favored the conversion of the SrS04. However,when pH was lowered to 8.5, CO3^2- amount - of - substance fraction in liquor almost decreased to zero and SrS04 conversion reaction therefore tended to stop. Experimental results showed that when temperature was 75 ℃ ,Na2CO3 density was 1.2 mol/L,and pH of the solution was kept more than 10.5 ,it was beneficial to the conversion of the SrS04. In the experiment,NH3 · H2O - (NH4) 2SO4 buffer solution has the promoter action to reaction.
