摘 要:采用立窑连续碳还原焙烧、隔绝空气冷却、热循环利用等新技术,配以粉碎、酸浸、除杂、固液分离、净化、浓缩、干燥等工序,生产出优质硫酸锰产品,达到了资源高效利用、能源消耗减少、操作工人劳动强度降低、产品质量优质和环境保护得到加强等效果,实现了对低品位软锰矿(二氧化锰质量分数≥25%)矿粉综合利用率在90%以上的目标,特别是为低品位软锰矿的高效利用找到了新途径。解决了过去使用其他窑炉焙烧法和两矿加酸法生产硫酸锰工艺中的许多技术难题。Abstract:By adopting new techniques, such as continuous vertical kiln carbon - reduction roasting, air isolation cool- ing, and heat recycling, high - quality manganese sulfate has been produced through the following procedures of grinding, acid - leaching,impurity removing, solid/liquid separation, purification, concentration, and drying etc.. Moreover, many good effects, such as high - effective utilization of resources, energy consumption reduction, labor strength decline, production quality improvement, and environment protection have been realized at the same time. Target that the comprehensive utiliza- tion rate of low - grade pyrolusite ( MnO2 mass fraction less than 25% ) powder reaches more than 90% was also met. Espe- cially,it has found a new way for high -effectively utilizing low- grade pyrolusite. Many technical problems in the existing manganese sulfate production methods, such as other kiln roasting methods and two - mine acid leaching method, all have been solved.
