摘  要:辽河油田曹台潜山油区属于高凝油区块,为了使该区块的原油储量尽快转化为原油产能,对曹6井和曹2井采用了大型热压裂施工。热压裂液的温度降低对压后能否迅速投产起重要作用。通过对原油凝固点、粘温曲线及压裂目的层温度分析,及对不同温度环境下热压裂液在罐车、车组、地面管线、支撑剂、地下管线、裂缝中的温度变化测试,在充分利用试验数据的基础上,结合现场环境温度、配液时间、施工时间等估算配液温度,为后续热压裂施工配液提供参考。该研究成果已用于现场配液与施工,并取得预期效果。Caotai Qianshan oil region in Liaohe oil field is high pour-point oil area, in order to turn, as soon as possible, the crude oil reserves in this area into the crude oil produce energy, the large-scale hot fracture construction to the Cao 6 wells and the Cao 2 wells have been used. That the decreased temperature of heat fracturing fluid would promote rapid production, after fracturing, remained unknown. The analysis was made on crude oil solidification point, sticks of the warm curve and the temperature of compression fracture on target level. Test and study was made on hot fracturing fluid in tanker, vehicles, ground pipeline, proppant, the underground utilities, and the temperature change in formation cracks under the condition of different temperature environment. Fully based on the data obtained from above experiments and combining practical ambient temperature, time of fluid preparing, and fracturing time, the temperature of fluid preparing is estimated, which offered the reference for following up operation. The result has been used on oilfield with predictive effectiveness.
