摘 要:从设计参数对施工支护方案选择的影响,分析了某工程楼板质量安全事故的主要致因——施工支护方案选择不当。指出施工支护方案的选择,应考虑设计荷载、设计厚度等参数;楼板厚度过大的偏差加重了其质量安全事故,应将设计厚度控制在允许范围内。设计方案的选择,应以更有利于施工支护方案的选择和更好地保证楼板这类结构构件施工期间的质量安全等条件为施工安全潜在要求,寻求满足结构质量安全和工程投资经济的可接受的方案。In the paper, the main cause of safety accident of slab, that is, the improper formwork scheme selection has been analyzed considering the effect of design parameters on formwork scheme selection. While selecting the formwork scheme, the parameters like design load and slab thickness should be considered. Since the slab thickness is greatly associated with the safety accident, the thickness should be controlled within the allowable range during construction. The formwork scheme selected to be beneficial to construction and the construction quality insurance of slab should he considered to be the potential requirement of design scheme selection. The acceptable scheme should be sought to satisfy the requirements of either cost-effectiveness and quality safety of structural elements, during construction and in service.
