摘　　要：日本新保守主义是当代日本政坛的主流政治思潮，是一种带有民族主义和大国主义性质的保守主义思潮。新保守主义在推动中日关系的合作与发展方面发挥了重要作用；同时又不断制造麻烦，阻碍了中日关系的健康发展。必须辩证地认识日本的新保守主义。Neo-Conservatism is a mainstream Political trend in the contemporary political circles in Japan. It is a conservative ideological trend that smacks of nationalism and big power mentality. Neo-conservatism has played an important role in promoting cooperation and development of China-Japan ties, at the same time, it unceasingly creates troubles and impedes healthy progress of those ties. It is necessary to have a dialectical understanding of neo-conservatism in Japan.
