论政府在乡镇农资市场中的职能定位

摘　　要：农资涨价、假冒伪劣农资流入市场等,影响了农业生产和农民利益,不利于新农村建设的推进。乡镇农资市场直接面向广大农民,是处在基层的市场领域,点多面广,管理上有一定难度。农业生产有一定特殊性,农民在农资市场上是弱势群体,政府应该加强对乡镇农资市场的监管,使农资市场更好地为新农村建设服务。Rise in agricultural commodities price and fake and inferior materials＇ coming into the market affect agricultural production and farmers＇ interests and go against the construction of new countryside. Township agricultural commodities market is characterized by being in the basic level of markets and facing mass farmers, which brings about difficulties in market supervision. Agricultural production has its own speciality and farmers are a disadvantaged group in agricultural commodities market. The government should strengthen market supervision and make agricultural commodities market better serve the construction of new countryside.
