摘　　要：在对羊绒及OPTIM羊毛性能研究的基础上,开发并生产了20%羊绒/80%OPTIM羊毛混纺立绒提花毯产品。介绍此产品在规格、花纹、颜色及风格等方面的开发设计理念,探讨了产品的纺纱、织造、染整等工艺,并对产品的质量及物理指标进行了分析测试。研究表明,20%羊绒/80%OPTIM羊毛混纺提花毯加工工艺可行,产品质量及物理指标测试结果符合国家标准要求,产品绒毛密、立、齐,手感柔软、蓬松,色彩鲜艳,性能优良,花纹美观大方,且较大程度地降低了羊绒产品的成本,为企业增加了可观的利润。Based on the research about the performance of the cashmere and OPTIM wool, it developed and produced the blended raised pile jacquard blanket. This article covered the developing and design ideas of this product in the aspects such as specification, pattern, color and style, and technics of spinning, dyeing and finishing. It also analyzed and tested the product quality and physical index. The research proved that the 20 % cashmere 80 % OPTIM blended jacquard blanket was technically feasible, and the product quality and physical index were up to the national standard. The product has thick, raised and even cashmere floss, soft and fluffy handfeel. It has bright colour, excellent performance, elegant appearance and top quality. Besides, the product cost is reduced to some extent, which is greatly beneficial to the enterprise.
