摘　　要：选取2005-05/2007-12郑州市第二人民医院收治的血管性痴呆老年患者18例,平均年龄72.6岁,平均病程24.5个月,均经CT、MRI确诊,符合第四届全国脑血管病学术会议修订的脑卒中诊断标准。采集足月新生儿脐带血,无菌塑料袋分离出单个核细胞,通过手背浅静脉将脐血单个核细胞输注入脑卒中患者体内,每例患者平均输注6份,细胞数≥1×108/份,每份间隔1～7d。与移植前比较,细胞移植后6个月患者神经功能缺损程度评分明显降低(t=-8.85,P<0.01);简易智能量表评分和评价日常生活能力的Barthel指数均明显升高(t=13.78,t=12.81,P<0.01)。整个治疗过程中未使用免疫抑制剂,细胞移植前后无并发症及不良反应发生。Totally 18 patients with vascular dementia, averagely 72.6 years, averagely 24.5 months in disease course, were enrolled at the Zhengzhou Second People＇s Hospital from May 2005 to December 2007. They had been diagnosed using computer tomography CT and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. The diagnostic standard of apoplexy of brain was according with the fourth national academic meeting of cerebrovascular diseases. Umbilical cord blood was collected from the mature neonate. Mononuclear cells were harvested using the aseptic plastic bag, and then injected into stroke patients via the superficial vein of the back of the hand, 6 samples in each patient, cell number ≥ 1 × 10^8 per sample, with an interval of 1-7 days for each sample. Compared with pretransplantation, scores of neurologic impairment degree were significantly decreased in patients at 6 months following transplantation （t=-8.85, P 〈 0.01）. Mini-mental state examination （MMSE） and Barthel index grades were significantly increased （t= 13.78, t= 12.81, P 〈 0.01）. Immunodepressant was not used in this study. Complication or adverse reaction is not seen prior to and following transplantation.
