摘  要:背景:目前国外有很多脊柱侧凸方面的有限元研究,均是在建立良好的有限元脊柱侧凸模型基础上进行的,但是国内尚未有建立脊柱侧凸有限元模型的报道。目的:利用有限元分析软件abaqus建立青少年特发性脊柱侧弯三维实体有限元模型。设计、时间及地点:三维有限元建模,于2007-08/2008-05在北京协和医院生物力学实验室完成。对象:经北京协和医院选取女性志愿者1名,17岁,发现脊柱侧凸4年,为双弯畸形。上弯为胸弯,下弯为腰弯,Risser征Ⅳ度。方法:获得青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者的CT资料,导入医学建模软件mimics11.11,获得医学仿真模型。利用获得青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者医学仿真模型,导入有限元分析软件abaqus6.7,通过表面网格体网格化、定义材质属性、定义接触、定义连接、模拟韧带等建立PUMCⅡdⅡ型青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者有限元分析模型。主要观察指标:建立模型的节点和单元数、韧带的弹簧单元模拟数目、表面接触数目。结果:建立的特发性脊柱侧弯有限元模型,共包含节点数:648034,单元数:3074881,单元类型为C3D4,为一阶单元,共计定义表面224个,表面间接触34对,表面间绑定78对(tie接触),定义弹簧单元162个。结论:利用计算机软件abaqus成功地建立特发性脊柱侧弯的有限元模型,具有良好的仿生效果及生物逼真度。BACKGROUND: Abroad studies are mostly on finite element of scoliosis on the basis of scoliosis finite element models, but there are no reports on scoliosis finite element models in China. OBJECTIVE: To establish the 3-Dimension finite element models of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) with the computer software Abaqus. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The study of 3-Dimension finite element model establishment was performed at the Laboratory of Biomechanics of Peking Union Hospital from August 2007 to May 2008. PARTICIPANTS: One 17-year old female volunteer was selected from Peking Union Hospital. She had developed scoliosis for 4 years. Upper bending was chest curvature, and lower bending was lumbar curvature, Risser symptom was Ⅳ. METHODS: Import simulation model from mimicsll.ll into the computer software ABAQUS6.7. Remesh all these parts from surface mesh into body mesh. Assemble all these parts into the same instance. Finite element models of AIS PUMC Ⅱ d Ⅱ were established by meshing surface mesh, defining substances, defining connection and interactions, simulating ligament. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Model node, element, ligament spring element analog to digital number, surface contact number. RESULTS: The finite element models of idiopathic scoliosis contained 648 034 nodes and 3 074 881 C3D4 elements, including 224 surfaces, 162 springs,78 interactions, and 34 constraints(ties). CONCLUSION: Finite element model of idiopathic scoliosis is successfully established by using Abaqus, with good bionic effects and biomechanics response.
