毓麟合剂中总黄酮和淫羊藿苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立毓麟合剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用紫外法和HPLC法测定总黄酮和淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:含量测定的总黄酮在0.00096～0.24mg·mL-1浓度范围线性关系良好,平均为回收率为97.96%,RSD为2.08%(n=5)。淫羊藿苷在0.015～0.15mg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.30%,RSD为0.96%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便,易行,精密度高,重现性好,能够有效控制毓麟合剂的质量。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for quality control of Yulin Mixture. METHODS： The contents of total flavonoids and icariin were determined by UV and HPLC. RESULTS： The linear range of total flavonoids was 0.000 96 0.24 mg.mL^-1, with an average recovery of 97.96 % and relative standard deviation of 2.08 % （n = 5）. The linear range of icariin was 0.015 -0.15 mg.mL^-1, with an average recovery of 100.30% and relative standard deviation of 0.96% （n=5）. CONCLUSION： The method is convenient, simple, reproducible, and suitable for the effective quality control of Yulin Mixture.
