超声在妊娠黄体囊肿出血中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对妊娠黄体囊肿出血的诊断价值。方法分析8例经病理证实妊娠合并黄体破裂声像图特点。结果8例患者临床拟诊为急性阑尾炎或异位妊娠,超声检查提示宫内妊娠合并附件囊肿3例,宫外孕合并黄体破裂3例,宫内妊娠合并黄体破裂1例,超声只发现右侧附件囊肿1例,术后超声观察到宫内妊娠。结论超声检查在妊娠合并黄体破裂诊断中有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst with pregnancy , and to improve its diagnostic accuraney. Methods Eight pregnant patients with corpus luteum disruption comfirmed by pathology were analyzed restrospectively. Results Three of 8 cases were with accompaniment cyst and intrauterine pregnancy, 3 were with corpus luteum disruption and ectopic pregnancy, 1 case was with corpus luteum disruption and intrauterine pregnancy, and cyst in right accompaniment was found in 1 case, intrauterine pregnancy was observed by ultrasound after operation. Conclusion Ultrasonography has important clinical value in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst with pregnancy.
