摘 要:目前超(超)临界锅炉的新机组制造和老机组改造都大量采用进口厚壁SA335-P91钢。进口SA335-P91钢焊接的主要问题是冷裂纹倾向和焊接接头韧性低。通过两种焊接工艺的试验分析表明,采用GTAW+SMAW+SAW的组合焊接工艺并严格焊接工艺控制、优化焊接质量检验是焊接厚壁SA335-P91钢的高效率方法,既能满足了焊接质量要求,又能满足焊接高效率要求。The fact that imported thick SA335-P91 steel is largely used in the manufacture of new SC (USC) boiler and the alteration of old SC(USC) boiler at present. There are some problems which are cool crack and lower tenacity of the welding joint for imported thick SA335-P91steel . By contrast of the two welding technics, it demonstrates that a combination of GTAW+SMAW+SAW is a high efficient welding method,which must strictly control the welding quality and must optimize the inspection of the welding quality. The high efficient welding method of SA335-P91 can be satified with the welding quality as well as the demand of high welding efficiency.
