摘　　要："两委关系"问题,是村民自治实践中的一个突出难题。本文立足于现代国家建构理论,对"两委关系"问题进行了探讨。文章认为,"两委关系"问题的实质,是村党支部享有的"领导权"与村民委员会拥有的"自治权"的对立和冲突;"两委关系"问题,是转型期国家与社会矛盾的表现,是国家权力与社会权力在乡村"场域"紧张关系的反映;"两委关系"问题的深层根源,在于现代国家建构的内在张力。Based on the theory of modern state eonstruction, this paper explored the relationships between ＂Two Committees＂. It argues that the essence of ＂Two Committees＂ is contradietion between the leadership shared by village party and autonomy by villagers＇ committee; the issue of the relationships between ＂Two Committees＂ is the embodiment of the conflict between nation and society, and also the refection of tense relation between state power and social power in rural area; the deep root oi the issue of the relationships between ＂Two Committees ＂ lies in the inner expansion force of modern state construction.
