摘　　要：机构知识库研究一直是图书情报领域的研究热点。本文从定义、功能、特点、内容、构建问题研究、技术问题研究、版权问题研究等方面介绍了机构知识库研究的现状,并指出研究中存在的不足。Study on Institutional repositories has being a research focus in the information management field. From the concept, theoretical foundation, content, method, technology , the paper introduces the current situation on the institutional repositories study, and points out the deficiency.
