四种动物凝血三项值初探

摘　　要：为了探索正常生理状态下4种动物的凝血3项值,分别用凝血酶原时间测定试剂盒、自制兔脑粉浸出液、自制鸡脑粉浸出液测定了鸡、鲤鱼、犬和羊4种动物的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT),用试剂盒测定了4种动物的凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)。结果表明:3种方法测定的4种动物的PT值在相同动物间无显著差异(P>0.05),说明有颌类脊椎动物体内的组织因子在启动血液凝固的作用上具有进化的保守性;4种动物的凝血3项值分别为鸡PT 43.42 s,TT 16.85 s,APTT 91.33 s;鲤鱼PT 73.39 s,TT 20.75 s,APTT 12.80 s;犬PT 10.70 s,TT 13.32 s,APTT25.89 s;羊PT 23.29 s,TT 8.04 s,APTT 25.92 s。In order to research the coagulation parameter at physiological statement of four species of animals, assay kit of prothrombin time （ PT）, self-made the lixivium of rabbit encephalon, assay kit of thrombin time （TT） and activated partial thromboplatin time （APTT） four species of animals were studied. The result indicated that PT showed no significant differences through three kinds of methods （ P 〉 0.05 ） of the same specie animal. It shows that remains conservation in vertebrate during the evolution. The times of each animal were chicken PT 43.42 s, TT 16.85 s, APTT 91.33 s; carp PT 73.39 s,TT 20.75 s, APTT 12.80 s; dog PT 10.70 s, TT 13.32 s, APTT 25.89 s; sheep PT 23.29 s, TT 8.04 s, APTT 25.92 s
