摘　　要：近年来,检察机关围绕进一步加强案件管理、提高办案质量进行了积极的探索和实践,取得了较好的效果,但仍存在不少问题和不足。为此,应进一步统一思想,提高对案件管理工作重要性的认识;强化措施,切实加大案件管理工作力度;强化案件管理改革,建立案件监督管理新机制。In recent years, the procuratorial organ has achieved positive effect in enhancing the case management and improving the working quality with continuous endeavor. However, problems and deficiencies remain to be disposed by attaching much importance to the case management, enhancing relevant measures, strengthening the reform of case management, and establishing new mechanism of case management and surveillance.
