摘  要:目的研究生物安全柜在动态条件下柜内空气细菌污染情况及其影响因素分析。方法采用平板自然沉降法对生物安全柜内消毒净化的空气及柜外周边区消毒空气,在静止和工作状态下每隔10min进行空气采样并计数细菌数。设对照组、干预组(限制人员活动)、未干预组。分别取有代表性的从操作开始10,20,40,60min四组的空气细菌数进行对比分析,经t,F检验,分析生物安全柜内空气细菌菌落数随时间变化的趋势。结果在静止柜内空气细菌总数在不同时间段与周边区空气相比均明显降低,差别有统计学显著性意义(P均<0.01);在工作状态下柜内空气细菌总数不论是在干预组还是未干预组与静止状态下相比差别均无统计学显著性意义(P均>0.05);未干预组柜内空气细菌总数虽与干预组相比有所增加,但差别均无统计学显著性意义(P均>0.05);在工作状态下不论是在干预组还是未干预组柜内空气细菌总数均显著低于周边区,而周边区空气细菌总数随采样次数的增加有增加的趋势,而生物安全柜内空气却无此趋势。干预组还是未干预组柜内空气细菌总数在各时间段经方差分析差别均无统计学显著性意义(P均>0.05)。空气中细菌以葡萄球菌属、草绿色链球菌检出率最高。结论生物安全柜在动态条件下可有效保证柜内空气细菌的洁净并保持稳定,人员活动并不影响柜内空气的洁净。Objective To study the air contamination situation and analyse infuluencing factors of the bacteria in the air under dynamic condition in the biological safety cabinet (BSC) room. Methods To use the plat natural sedimentation method,collect the specimens of the air and count the germs at every 10min under the static state and working condition from BSC room pasteurized and purified and the fringe area of BSC pasteurized only. Contrast group,interference(restricting the activity of staff) and non-interference group was divided. To use the typical four groups air from 10,20,40 and 60 min after operat beginning as control. To analyse the changeable tendency of air germ colony with times by t-test and F- test. Results The air germ amount of BSC room at different time under the static state(P〈0. 01) were significantly lower than those of the fringe area,whether from interference group or non-interference group. The air germ amount of BSC room under working condition had no significant difference than those under the static state (P〉 0. 05). The air germ amount of BSC room in non-interference group were higher slightly than those in interference group,but there was no significant difference (P〉0. 05) ;The air germ amount of BSC room were significantly lower than those of the fringe area under working condition,whether from interference group or non-interference group. The air germ amount of the fringe area increased follow the increment of collecting times,BSC room had not this tendency,whether froom interference group or non-interference group. The air germ amount of BSC room at different time had no significant difference according to statistics analysis(P〉0.05). The most common bacteria isolated from air-samples were staphylococci and viridans streptococci. Conclusion BSC room could undertake effectively the atmosphere clean and keep stable under dynamic condition. The activity of the staff couldn't affect the air clean of BSC room.
