摘 要:目的为了准确、简便地鉴定临床泌尿生殖道支原体。方法根据泌尿生殖道支原体生物学特性,研制一种双相培养基,利用液相培养基颜色改变和固相培养基上菌落形态鉴定泌尿生殖道支原体。结果用该方法检测2株标准支原体结果正确;检测156例临床泌尿生殖道标本中支原体与IST2检测结果的符合率为97.4。结论运用双相培养基能提高检测泌尿生殖道支原体的特异度和敏感度。Objective To establish a simple and rapid method of identifying the mycoplasma in urogenital tract. Methods A dual phase culture medium was developed according to the biological characteristics of the mycoplasma in urogenital tract. The color alteration of liquid phase medium and the colony morphogenesis in solid phase medium were used to identify the mycoplasma in urogenital tract. Results 2 standard strains of mycoplasma were accurately identified by that method. 156 strains of clinic myeoplasma isolated from the urogenital tract were identified by both their method and IST2 method. The coincidence rate was 97.4%. Conclusion The specifictiy and sensitivity of identifying the mycoplasma in urogenital tract are greatly improved by the dual phsae medium.
