摘　　要：目的研制Bayer ADVIA120血细胞分析仪鞘液试剂,并与进口试剂进行比较。方法分析原装试剂和自制试剂成分、理化性质,并进行重复性试验,相关性试验,数据结果做配对t检验和相关性分析。结果自制鞘液的各项检测指标和进口试剂的检测结果基本一致,差异无统计学显著性意义(P>0.05),相关性良好(r>0.94)。结论自制鞘液可替代进口鞘液,值得推广应用。Objective To development sheath of reagent of ADVIA 120 hematology analyzer. Methods Analyzed the components and the physical and chemical parameters of original and self-made reagent of sheath ,and repetitive testing ,correlation test,did the paired data t test. Results Various indicators of self-made sheath were similar with original,no significant difference（P〉0. 05） ,with good correlation（r〉0. 94）. Conclusion Self-made reagent of sheath can be used replace original. It worth promoting application.
