紫金莲的化学对照品研究

摘　　要：目的:建立从紫金莲中制备白花丹醌对照品的方法。方法:用萃取、低压硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法对紫金莲乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过质谱、核磁其振、薄层色谱及高效液相色谱等方法对其分离产物进行结构鉴定和纯度测定。结果:制备得到的白花丹醌对照品经薄层色谱检查无杂质,二维和三维高效液相色谱检查为单一成分,纯度在98%以上,符合中药化学对照品含量测定要求。结论:建立的制备白花丹醌对照品的方法简单,对照品纯度高,可作为紫金莲及其制剂质量研究用化学对照品。Objective： To establish a method for preparing the reference substance of plumbagin. Methods： Ethanol-extract of Radix Ceratostigmae was isolated and purified by combining solvent ex- traction with column chromatography and recrystallization methods. Plumbagin was identified by mass spectrometry （MS）and nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR）. Purity of the products was determined by TLC and HPLC. Results： The purity of plumbagin was over 98%. Conclusion： This method is simple and effective to produce products with high purity, and the product can be used as reference in the quality control of Radix Ceratostigmae and its preparation.
