丙酸睾酮对鸡胚性腺发育和成活率的影响

摘  要:研究丙酸睾酮的剂量与注射时间对早期鸡胚性腺发育和成活率的影响。选择320枚种蛋(蛋重60.00 g±0.10 g),在入孵的0、3、6、9 d分别向蛋清内注射0.00、0.05、0.10和0.20 mL丙酸睾酮,共16个处理水平,孵化18 d后,形态学观察鸡胚性腺发育,统计其成活率及胚重。结果表明,丙酸睾酮对鸡胚性腺发育有显著影响(P<0.05),公鸡左侧睾丸或母鸡右侧卵巢发育均受到不同程度的影响。鸡胚性腺异常占总数的19.88%,其中公鸡占性腺异常总数的6.02%,母鸡占性腺异常总数的13.86%,且存在0.60%间性。随处理剂量的上升,鸡胚成活率及平均胚重不断下降,且随处理时间的延长,鸡胚成活率及胚重受到的影响程度逐渐降低。In order to study on the effect of testosterone propionate (TP) on the early chick embryo gonad development and survival rates,320 eggs weighted 60.00 g ± 0.10 g were injected 0.00,0.05, 0.10,0.20 mL of TP when hatched for 0, 3, 6 and 9 day, respectively. The embryos were weighed; gonad development and survival rates were observed when they were hatched for 18 day. The results showed that TP can affect significantly the development of chick embryo gonad (P〈0.05). The development of right ovary of hen and the left testicle of rooster was impaired to some extent. The abnormal rate of embryo gonad was 19.88%, including 6.02% of rooster gonad, 13.86% hen gonad of and 0.60% of inter-sex gonad. With the increasing of dose of TP, the chicken embryo survival rate and the average weight decreased; but that effect will be weaken with the posterior of injection time.
