摘 要:研究了冬小麦非旗叶光合器官光合效应(以下简称非旗叶光合效应)的表现情况及其遗传规律。结果表明,非旗叶光合效应在不同材料间的变异系数为7.8%,并与千粒重之间存在显著负相关。控制非旗叶光合效应的基因作用以加性效应为主,同时存在非加性效应;非旗叶光合效应的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差,所以在种质创造及育种中亲本的一般配合力比组合的特殊配合力更重要一些。本文计算了非旗叶光合效应的广义和狭义遗传力,其分别为79.29%和70.08%,由于两种遗传力均较大,所以在组合的配置及杂交后代的选择中,不仅应重视高非旗叶光合效应亲本的选配,同时应重视该性状的杂种后代的早代选择,以便形成高非旗叶光合效应群体。The expression and hereditary regularity of photosynthetic effect of photosynthetic organ except flag leaf(PEPOEFL) in winter wheat were studied. The result showed that the variant coefficient of PEPOEFL was 7.8%. The photosynthetic effeet of photosynthetic organ except flag leaf was mutually oppositely related. The genes that control PEPOEFL transmitted to the descendants were mainly based on additive effect, but also with the non- additive effect. The variance of general combining ability is larger than that of special combining ability. So the general eombining ability was more important than the special combining ability in wheat variety resource making or breeding. The heritability in broad and narrow sense differently were 79.29% and 70.08%. Becauce all the two heritability were larg, so we not only must pay attention to the election of parents of PEPOEFL but pay attention to the early election or decision of hybrid descendants so that form the group of high PEPOEFL in wheat breeding.
