葫芦巴根腐病病原菌的鉴定

摘　　要：通过田间系统观察、调查和采样,在室内进行了病原分离、鉴定和致病性测定,对葫芦巴根腐病病原菌进行了初步研究。结果表明,宁夏葫芦巴根腐病由茄镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌和终极腐霉等复合病原真菌侵染引起。The pathogens of root-rot disease of Trigonella foenum -graecum L. were identified on the basis of pathogenicity testing and morphological characters in Ningxia. The results showed that the disease was caused by Fusarium solani （Mart.） Sacc. , F. oxysporum Schlesht. , Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn. and Pythium ultinum Trow. Pathogenicity testing proved that Fusarium solani （Mart.）Sacc.had highest virulence in those 4 fungi.
