摘  要:采用盆栽试验方法,以硫磺及ALA(氨基乙酰丙酸)为试材,对硫磺(石膏作为对照)改良盐碱土,以及ALA提高小麦抗盐性的效果进行了初步探讨。结果表明,硫磺和石膏的施用均不同程度降低了土壤pH,促进了小麦生长;ALA的施用对土壤pH和EC值无明显影响,但对小麦生长有良好的促进作用,表明ALA显著增强了小麦的抗盐性。3种供试物料促进小麦幼苗生长的效果依次为硫磺>ALA>石膏;而硫磺的改土效果优于石膏,ALA喷施在茎叶上的效果则优于直接浇于土壤表面。不同用量相比,高量硫磺(11.48 g/盆)或喷施高量ALA(4.5μL/盆)的效果则分别优于各自的较低用量。A pot experiment for promotion of ALA (5 Aminolevulinic acid) on resistance of wheat to saline soil and amendment of saline soil with sulfur as material was conducted. The results indicated that, after addition of sulfur or gypsum to saline soil, the total N and P concentration of plants was increased; the soil pH was decreased; There was little influence of ALA on soil pH and EC values, but the wheat growth was increased after sparying of ALA, so the ALA can enhance the endurance of wheat plants to saline soil. In conclusion, the impact of three materials on growth of wheat is in turn as follows: sulfur 〉ALA〉gypsum, and the effects of sulfur is better than gypsum in soil ameliora tion. ALA spraying to shoots is more effective than spraying on soil surface. Among different dosage in this study, the high volume of sulfur or high rates of spraying ALA showed the best results.
