摘　　要：为提高模具设计效率,基于UG的模具设计模块,建立标准件库。通过分析注塑模导套相关尺寸,提取主要参数,建立导套标准件的模板文件,然后通过标准件的数据库电子表格文件,建立注塑模标准导套零件库,为标准件库的创建提供方法,具有一定的实用价值。In order to improve the efficiency of mould design,standard components storehouse is established based on UG Mold Wizard.Main parameters are extracted by analysis of injection mould guide bush dimensions and the template file of standard guide bush is established.Injection mould standard guide bush component storehouse is build by Excel file of standard parts database.It provides methods for establishing standard components storehouses and has some practical value.
