摘  要:AGC液压压下设备是热轧工艺中核心设备之一,其设备状态直接影响到产品的产量和质量。以冶金行业的热轧精轧机AGC压下电液伺服系统为状态监测对象,通过分析研究AGC液压压下设备的控制模型和状态信息,设定有效的状态特征量参数,研制了基于虚拟仪器技术的实时在线监测平台和面向设备对象的网络化数据分析、处理软件系统,实现了本地和远程的热轧精轧机组AGC液压压下设备的状态监测和故障诊断,为确保设备安全,维持正常的生产秩序提供了有效的保障。AGC hydraulic screw down system is one of the kernel equipments in hot rolling process, and the product output and quality were directly affected by the state of this equipment. In this paper, AGC screw down electro--hydraulic servo system of hot rolling finishing mill used in metallurgy was taken as the state inspection object, and the online inspection platform based on virtual instrument technology and object oriented data network analysis and management software system were developed through the study of the control model and state information of the AGC hydraulic screw down equipment and the setting of effective state characteristic parameters. The local and long - range state inspection and malfunction diagnosis of AGC hydraulic screw down equipment of hot rolling fine mill were realized, and so the equipment security and the maintenance of normal manufacture order were guaranteed effectively.
