摘 要:传统的现场总线监控系统仅适合小范围监控,而对于大规模的高压电力电缆监测存在电缆敷设难、成本高、难以维护等问题;设计了一种新型电力电缆监控系统,系统利用低功耗数字温度传感器TMP100实现地下电缆接头温度采集,MSP430F149作为工作子站核心控制器进行信号分析与处理,并通过与nRF905无线收发芯片实现信号的无线传输,并可借助RS485接口与主控计算机相连,实现了高压电力电缆接头巡检控制系统设计;文章对系统部分硬件及软件设计进行了详细介绍,通过实验测试,系统无线通信准确率达100%,检测误差不高于±0.6℃,较好地满足了设计要求。Traditional field bus system is only suitable to small range monitor. But to a large--scale HV cable monitor system, it has many more problems such as difficult cable laying, high cost and hard maintenance, etc. This paper designs a new kind of H V cable function monitor system to realize accident early finding and solving in order to assure body and production safety. The system fulfills temperature signal collection through connecting digital temperature sensor TMPI00. MSP430F149 acts as system core to analyze and process signal. By using wireless transceiver chip nRFg05, it realizes wireless communication between work substation and work central station. Work central station connects with main controller through serial interlace RS485, by which the inspection tour and control system for HV cable junction is carried out. This paper introduces system structure and the part of hardware/software design in detail. Our experiments show that temperature measurement--error is less than ±0.6℃ and 100 percent communication rightly. The experiment results reveal that system performs well as expected.
