摘 要:纳米颗粒散射光信号的获取是利用动态光散射技术分析纳米颗粒粒径的基础。介绍了由嵌入式控制器和高速数据采集卡组成的高速采集装置,讨论了在基于虚拟仪器软件平台的程序设计中遇到的有关光子信号的高速采集、存储、显示回放、计数和时间间隔判断等问题;通过与动态光散射仪在相同条件下采集到的1 s内的光子数进行对比,得到了更能反映纳米颗粒散射光子信号的结果,为今后利用这些结果进行光子信号的相关分析提供了可靠的依据,也能为高速光子信号的接收提供有用的参考。The technique of dynamic light scattering used to analyze nanoparticle size is based on the acquisition of the scattering light signals. High speed data acquisition equipment, which consists of an embedded controller and a high speed data acquisition card, is introduced. Based on a simple algorithm that was developed with the graphical programming language LabVIEW, we discuss the related prob- lems such as how to acquire, store, replay, take count of the photonic signals and judge the interval during the course of programming. Compare it with the photon correlation spectroscopy, we have got the results which can reflect scattering light signals of nanopartieles more precisely by acquiring photonie signals in 1 second under the same conditions. These results can not only be used to provide a dependable basis for the related analysis of the photonie signals in the future, but also provide a useful reference for the reception of the high speed photonic signals.
