摘 要:通过弯曲测试法、电阻法和显微组织分析等方法研究了淬火后时效处理温度和分级淬火温度对Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn(at%)合金相变温度、微观组织及形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,Cu-16.2Al-9.9Mn合金淬火后的形状记忆效应偏低。采用淬火后时效和分级淬火处理后,合金的形状记忆效应由于热弹性马氏体的出现得到较大提高。合金的形状记忆效应和相变温度随着时效温度和分级淬火温度的升高逐步提高,分级淬火处理后的形状记忆效应低于相同温度时效后的形状记忆效应。The effects of aging temperatures after quenching and step quenching temperature on transformation temperature, microstructures and shape memory effect of Cu-16. 2Al-9.9Mn(at% )were studied by means of bending tests,electrical resistance and optical microscopy analysis. The results show that the shape memory effect of the alloy subjected to ageing after quenching and step quenching is better than that only subjected to quenching because of the existence of thermoelastic martensite. With increasing the ageing temperature after quenching and the step quenching temperature, both the shape memory effect and transformation temperature of the alloy increase. However, the shape memory effect after step quenching is lower than that after ageing at the same heat treatment temperature.
