摘　　要：VCH碳氢溶剂型真空清洗机利用碳氢化合物为溶剂,在真空状态下,对工件进行预洗喷淋、蒸汽喷淋、循环喷淋、真空干燥等清洗流程。具有高效、稳定的清洗能力和极佳的清洗效果,更加节能环保,设备安全性好,生产效率高,运行可靠维护方便,已在热处理生产线上得到成功运用。VCH hydrocarbon solvent vacuum degreaser is the cleaning machine that uses hydrocarbon solvent as the solution to process with cleaning flow of pre-washing, vapor shower, circle shower, and vacuum drying at the vacuum condition. With highly efficient and stable washing ability and wonderful washing effect, the degreaser is energy saving, and environment friendly. Being in high safety level, high production efficiency and high reliability, the equipment is easy for operation and maintenance, and has been successfully applied in heat treatment line.
